The Roadmap

The Roadmap (Project page → Roadmap lens) is your project's forward plan, grouped by horizon:

• Now — in flight
• Next — up next
• Later — on the horizon
• Recently shipped — done

Agents keep it current

You can manage it by hand, but the point is that your agents maintain it as they work — just say "add X to the roadmap" and the agent calls add_roadmap_item. As work starts, items move Next → Now; when the linked work completes, the item auto-ships to "Recently shipped."

Near-term items can be made "proper" — specced and linked to a draft stream — so they're ready to start, not just a title.

Don't confuse the project roadmap (this persistent plan) with the per-agent session roadmap shown in the Terminal drawer (one agent's live steps). Different scopes.
