This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid Memeri subscriptions. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a paid Memeri plan isn't right for you, email support@memeri.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. After the 14-day window:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- You keep full access until then.
- We don't give partial refunds for the remainder of a period you've already paid for.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges aren't refundable — to avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date through your billing portal.
How to request a refund or cancel
- Refund (within 14 days): email support@memeri.ai from the address on your account.
- Cancel: use the billing portal linked from your account, or email support@memeri.ai and we'll do it for you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of England & Wales or your country of residence.
